компания "анкор центральная азия" big international vendor company is looking for a e-commerce director with relocation to kazakhstan, almaty. responsibilities: 1. sales planning and sales management - to increase e-store sales 2. marketing & promotion planning - to increase sales - focus on promotions - detailed budgeting and roi (return on investment) management 3. target audience (end users) communication management / planning performance management - especially crm (customer relationship management) - email - push notification 4. customer purchase journey analysis and improvement purchase funnel analysis and areas to improve * visitor **add to cart ***check out ****purchase order where and why we are loosing, how can be improved 5. performance marketing past campaign / post promotion analysis - find out effectiveness of media strategy/mix check roi efficiency on promo-activities the main task for the head of e-commerce is to increase sales of the e-store channel. the candidate must be a strong sales & marketing leader capable of understanding the specifics of not only sales, but sales through this channel. which promotions were successful and which were not. who are our customers. where do we lose them. and so on. requirements : experience in e-commerce not less than 5 years. strong analytical and project management skills. strong project management/organizational skills. english level is not lower than upper-intermediate conditions: mobile allowance, lunch compensation, medical insurance
