компания "юсс супорт сервисез" requirements: education in either a technical, construction or projects discipline computer literate in microsoft word, excel, access database and powerpoint, visio, cad, ms project and datastream 7i applications excellent oral and written knowledge in english, russian and kazakh translating skills ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation knowledge and understanding of rok safety technical background in facilities maintenance experience is an advantage ability to analysis and process information in a logical and efficient manner ability to understand basic database structure and setup preferably has previous work experience in computer maintenance management systems ability to understand the general maintenance work flow processes responsibility: adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the client and company, including incident reporting, risk management and emergency procedures. adhere to all relevant financial, hse & quality management system procedures and work instructions. perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager. constantly maintain to the highest level confidentiality concerning company policies, rules, prikazs, orders, and any other official information. constantly maintain confidentiality of all fellow workers, personal and company related information. constantly maintain confidentiality when transferring information via internet or email. comply with company and client’s policy concerning residing and behavior in their territory. comply with company’s any other policies and rules do not use company’s property and vehicle for beneficial use. willingness to participate and implement client and company induction and training modules. to provide fulfilment of planned works in time model high standards of performance and behavior develop team commitment and co-operation encourage and promote team performance the function of a help desk operator is to provide maintenance jobs reception, documentation and distribution in a timely and organized manner, to support atyrau site facility. communicate effectively in the workplace maintain dignity and respect to co-workers and clients provide high standards service to colleagues and customers work effectively as part of a team covering calls of any nature across the twelve hours of service provided, including repairs, complaints and requests for service. distributing maintenance job requests as per the area to be serviced putting in the data stream system corrective maintenance and scheduled job requests demonstrate high level of discretion, tact and diplomacy at work. other responsibilities as assigned by wcc supervisor and atyrau fm manager
