Responsibilities: Collect, synthesize, and interpret data across different channels (paid, earned, shared, owned) using a variety analytical tools Prepare annual sales plan and budget for e-store. Track the results and provide forecasts based on trends Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on business KPIs. Enhance them with deeper analysis Construct online order/traffic and other relevant KPIs forecasts, promo campaign recommendations based on business data and annual promo plans Analyze and report on effectiveness of all promo campaigns in e-store and identify opportunities for further exploration Analyze business projects prospects from financial point of view; provide forecasts on projectschr(39) impact on business Support ad hoc requests, as needed Translating findings into clear and meaningful insights and recommendations Analyze and create dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Tableau Monitoring industry trends, external factors, market share, and sales data to identify business opportunities Prepares briefs, reports and presentations that communicate e-com sales results, key findings and proposed recommendations to Top Management Requirements: Statistics/mathematics/marketing degree More than 3 years of work experience as a Web-Analyst / Online Sales analyst, in E-commerce or Retail Proven record in insights, analytics in the digital and e-com channels Knowledge of P/L statement Advanced MS Excel, Advanced MS Office, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with an attention to the details and demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines Excellent analytical skills Advanced communication and presentation skills in English and Russian.
