компания "indriver" indriver is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in mountain view, ca. indriver user base exceeds 100m users in more than 707 cities in 47 countries. we are the worldwide top-2 ride-hailing app by number of application downloads. your responsibilities will be: manage the quality of media plans; accept and analyse briefs from the marketing team; provide the quality of media briefs to the partner agencies; control the process of media briefing and planning in accordance with the internal procedure; control timely response to the gtm team requests; timely respond to the requests of the media director; control the prices and discounts provided by the agencies; find an opportunities and negotiate better prices with the agencies; set up relevant kpis framework for each media plan and control its fulfillment; identify and present new media opportunities to gtm teams; actively contribute to the fulfillment of the current projects in case of overload and offer effective solutions to any potential barriers; follow the internal procedures and use internal process tools; control plans along the campaign period; provide reporting data from the partners agencies: campaign reports, competitive data. requirements: at least two years on the position of media planner (agency side) or media manager (client side); minimum five years of total media experience; fine knowledge of media and digital media market; fine knowledge of the media market in cis and russia, knowledge of the biggest agencies and publishers in the market; fine knowledge of key media and digital trends; expertise in media planning; communication skills; proactive, non reactive style in answering to the brandchr(39)s tasks; english is upper-intermediate; ability to work with numbers, fine mathematical skills; fine knowledge of all media terminology, including digital terminology; fine understanding of the difference in between media planning, media buying and media accounting; strategic skills and long-term vision is a bonus. what we offer: stable salary; vhi from the first day of work; combined work schedule with partial remote work; personal growth programs in which we set goals and move towards them together; unlimited opportunities for growth.
