компания "airswift" our client, well known international company, is looking for reservoir geologist.activities make sure hse concerns are properly identified and addressed, especially when requiring data acquisition; validate and integrate all geological data (mudlog, electrical logs, cores, etc.) related to the fields and create/consolidate the geological data base (assisted by the db mgr.); propose data acquisition plans, especially during wells preparation phase (exploration/development); verifiy that non-operated planned exploration and development wells are optimally located / planned and will be delivered in line with expectations (net pay, deliverability); if not challenge operator and propose alternatives; realize and guarantee all static data interpretation, review and synthesis, in coordination with geophysicist and reservoir engineer. ensure a high level of transversality in data integration for accurate reservoir characterization. use these syntheses to updаtеdevelopment well patterns; consolidate yamal-gydan regional knowledge; plan, coordinate and ensure the integration of specialist and/or transverse geosciences studies in headquarters; create/updаtе3d geological models for in-place volumes evaluations and flow simulation; ensure integration of data / assumptions stemming from different disciplines; perform qc of geological evaluations performed by operator and propose alternatives if need be; deliver geological input to development plan, investment dossiers, reserves estimates, production profiles; support the exploration team in near-by exploration stake evaluation and in new opportunities evaluation; participate to meetings with operators and partners and defend companychr(39)s position; identify areas where operator could benefit from companychr(39)s expertise (including processes) and develop cooperation; propose and manage studies to be performed in hq in sole cost or through tsa in order to improve data quality, interpretation and to reduce petrophysical uncertainties; provide an expert support and be proactive and collaborative in communication with technical experts from companychr(39)s hq in order to share knowledge and new ideas. context and environment end of development drilling (3 rigs) and seismic activity (acquisition and reprocessing) ongoing, production start-up in 2017-2018 brought new new challenges in terms of interpreting field performance; one of projects sanctioned mid-2019 with internal fid and first booking dossiers validated. currently in active development phase (5 rigs). first gas planned in 2023. amount and quality of available data and models unknown, depending on operator good will; complex environment related to non-operated asset with various issues related to data quality, technical expertise and project governance; critical project for operator; significant reservoir complexity: high level skills and advanced techniques needed for proper evaluations. accountabilities responsible for all productions reservoir geology activities, to be carried out with highest level of expertise and integration in order to support companychr(39)s interests in project; responsible for the quality of all geological data and the validity of the interpretations; responsible for the evaluation of the in-place volumes (base case, uncertainties); responsible for the follow-up of geological drilling activity; contribute to the updаtеof the development pattern; guarantee a proper data flow to headquarters, partners, authorities and a safe archiving; in charge of identifying areas where operators could benefit from companychr(39)s expertise and of developing cooperation. profile/ qualifications / experience required at least 3-5 years of work experience of all-around reservoir geology (including 3d geological model building/updating and operations, exploration evaluation); able to manage technical issues and to organize specialist support when needed; good communication skills; good influencing skills; good level in english required, fluent in russian.
