1C Business Analyst

компания "gurtam" gurtam is known for our own product, a system for satellite monitoring of vehicles and other objects. we have been creating for 20 years what it is not fashionable to name iot. we help thousands of companies in 150 countries around the world to make data-driven decisions.we are looking for a 1c business analyst more about tasks: gathering and analysing requirements for 1c improvements from internal and external stakeholders working with the "odoo integration project" (switch to a new erp - odoo instead of 1c). new and leading project of the team for the coming years analysing chat and email user requests decomposition of complex tasks, analysis of final results, their coordination with clients creating and overseeing tasks in jira working on technical specifications and describing requirements for the dev. team as user stories and tasks preparing tasks for sprints team workload management managements of priorities and backlog task control: status and compliance with initial product requirements, conducting uat assistance in implementing dev. results (presentations, documentation) updating internal documentation organizing and conducting meetings for planning, tasks statuses and projects tasks testing analysing of chat and email user requests. successful candidate: has 1 year experience in a ba or a similar role odoo experience is strongly required for this position strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy experience with jira, miro, confluence, excel (basic level), 1с 8.3 english b2 and higher russian language proficiency uml/bpmn basic knowledge excellent communication skills - both written and oral teamwork and relationship building skills. being a part of gurtam means: work in an international company where yet each person matters and where work in a satellite office does not leave you with an isolation feeling result-driven, friendly, and supportive team - we do an amazing job and are good friends after work developing a product of excellent quality that makes our world a better place flexible work options without time and location tracking social package: professional and business training, individual foreign language training, corporate library, 20 fully covered psychological sessions, team building events, corporate presents, health insurance.
