Online Business Analyst

Responsibilities: Online shop business processes analysis and design for new e-commerce projects Business process improvement from functional requirements collection and new business process design Communication with key stakeholders, project teams, IT solution architects, global web-development teams Definition of requirements (business, users, solution) and formalize requirements (use-case diagrams, user-stories, Acceptance Criteria, DOD, DOR) Functional design preparation together with Business\IT Architectures e-Commerce Project management participation Operational support of eCommerce Sales and Customer Support processes JIRA task creation and tracking / Documentation update in Confluence Requirements: Practical experience is sales, e-commerce business process development. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, SAP ERP and back-office sales operation support Fluent English Understanding BABoK Experience in operational effectiveness analysis (sales, customer support) Knowledge of main business process description notations (BPMN/EPC/UML) and tools (Visio/ARIS Express) Experience in retail/e-commerce domain Understanding of e-commerce and sales processes Understanding of software system development process Knowledge of web-services architecture approach and REST API
