компания "крафт машин" about the role craft is seeking a qa and assessment lead to join our content team. the role is focused on being a supervisor and facilitator for a part of the content team, which involves quality assurance, operational support, and progress assessment of employees in belarus and lithuania, as well as providing timely feedback on their results. the content team at craft is engaged in curating and validating business data and content relating to companies for large corporate clients and for publication on the craft.co website. what you’ll be working on: monitoring the quality of profiles created/updated by content managers in various units to identify problematic areas and developing strategies to tackle the issues. gathering performance data and providing multifaceted feedback and an action plan for various team members. guiding and mentoring content managers to improve quality and quantity of their work alongside supporting and encouraging them to grow and develop professionally and personally. initiating and participating in planning short and long term goals and objectives for the team. keeping up reporting and stats routines and providing insights based on them. what we expect of the ideal candidate: is able to design solutions to high complexity problems, with efficient, error-proof, and scalable workflows in mind. usually taking the most challenging aspects of the project/task. (strong documentation & communication). actively pushes back on unnecessary manual and/or time-consuming solutions. conversely, is advocating for improving resource-efficiency. always looks for ways to improve the quality and efficiency and provide wider opportunities for team members’ development, as well as keeps track of updates to the technology and process in the company and adjust workflows to them. able to contribute via multiple tasks and/or several projects, providing supervision and qa as well as planning/estimation/completion support when needed. has a clear vision of how the employees are going to progress, where their strengths and points of growth are, and sets up an action plan to reach the goals. interested and engaged in providing each team member with personal professional aims and opportunities to develop/acquire new skills, regular constructive feedback, and support. accountable: takes full responsibility for the people in charge and provides transparent and timely updates for the team lead and all the stakeholders.
