компания "тасбулат ойл корпорейшн" the field manager is the senior most production position and carries fully accountability for all aspects of production operations, maintenance, service provision (power, logistics, training, and infrastructure) for all locations in the field. in addition, the field manager also provides functional support, guidance, and steer in all inter-dependent activities such as well engineering, projects, security, community programmes, etc. the field manager is furthermore responsible for national staff development. responsible for effectively managing the operations and integrity and maintenance planning, operations cost and contracts support as well as associated management systems on site. responsible for implementing optimum, effective and safe work processes and systems to deliver highest levels of business performance company processes, standards, procedures and international best practices on respective site. coordinate the field site production process (production, stock, delivery). key responsibilities: to meet all hse & production targets within specified quality and budgets, with full accountability for all production, sales, & waste streams. this includes coordinating short-term integrated production plans and monitoring & analyzing performance against agreed plans. is involved and provide inputs for the annual production and delivery plan. ensure subsurface and surface works planning, scheduling, monitoring, reviewing, prioritization and control system for coordinating operation and maintenance. ensures proper coordination of production operation process (production, treatments, delivery, maintenance), in conjunction with other authorities requirements in order to achieve the planned targets (hsse, opex, production, wells and facilities availability). ensure accurate production metering and production data recording and reporting for oil and gas, water and gas injection, production testing and support wells intervention and workover program/ activity schedule. ensure that hydrocarbon metering systems are compliant with rok legislation. ensure for the operated facility and equipment operating procedures and operating parameters data (operation envelope) to achieve optimum up-time of wells and facilities. to provides technical input and support to the well delivery process (wdp) for the planning and design of new wells, production optimization, completion design, workover activities, and investment opportunities, etc. to ensure that company hsse policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented and field personnel activity conformance is adequate. to maintain performance management initiatives for all activities ensuring that both contractor and company kpi inputs are gathered evaluated and reported. to participate actively in the well delivery process (wdp) providing input to conceptual well design to ensure future well intervention objectives can be achieved. to provide inputs for front-end engineering requirements to meet future well work intervention needs ensuring that adequate notice is provided to well engineering, wo contractors and suppliers and respecting potential lead times of equipment, materials and spare parts. responsible for identification, prioritization, execution and monitoring of improvement and optimization opportunities for production cost and short and long term production volumes achievement. to provide onshore technical support for each operation and integrity and maintenance activity assigned. success criteria: • hseq (ltir, lti’s, hseq bsc) • production volume • production cost • legal compliance • company standards compliance • technical integrity compliance • well uptime requirements: high school diploma or degree by institute or technical university experience in a similar position 5 years minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry experience in brown field operation, water injection process, g2p, multiphase pumps, cpf process, etc. management skills should have good pc skill to include all ms office product must have good written and verbal communication skill safety awareness culture russian and english speaker
