компания "представительство abbott laboratories s.a в рб" as the customer service specialist, you’ll responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of customer service processes related to kz distributors. what you’ll do: • process distributors orders. • conduct negotiation with distributors on orders placement, payments and reports. • activities may include analysis, planning and forecasting in the areas of production, stocks monitoring at distributors and distribution. • preparations of calculations related to compensations to distributors • preparations of corresponding pre-approvals for further upload to uda • identify and explore potential business opportunities. required qualifications: • university degree • at least 2 years on the logistic/customer service specialist position • intermediate english • efficient computer skills (advanced excel knowledge).
