компания "сервисный центр erg" to drive financial forecasting, development of analytics and performance management in line with strategic priorities and best industry practices. to support the group management & board of directors with high-quality timely and fit-for-purpose information necessary for tactical & strategic decision making and successful execution thereof. essential functions: responsible for driving improvement of fp&a processes in line with the strategy; further professionalize the analytical agenda. contribute to the development and implementation of fp&a roadmap/initiative. develop and streamline information flow to excom, board of managers, audit committee and group stakeholders(banks, rating agencies, government offices). lead, design, execute the group-wide financial planning and performance management process. deliver targeted high value adding analysis on the group level. set policies and guidelines for the design, implementation and improvement of budget, planning and forecasting processes. requirements: bachelor or equivalent finance / business / economics. financial management, budgeting, accounting, management reporting, financial modelling, business valuation. work or project experience in mining industry is preferable. experience in ‘big 4’ or consulting is a plus. 3 years of relevant working experience (incl. management roles) in strategic / transactional / operational finance, economics. strong ability to analyze financial and non-financial information. strong understanding of fp&a from a global perspective. excellent excel and powerpoint skills. knowledge of hyperion financial management and sap erp/bw is preferable. acca or cima is preferable.
