компания "expertise group,тоо" responsibilities: • legislative and another normative legal instrument of the republic of kazakhstan; • tco way; • tco policies and procedures; • competency standards for the position; • tco operational excellence management system; • tco process safety management practices and safety procedures and practices; • active job description; • it/im governance. requirements: • university bachelor’s degree / diploma • level of english – upper-intermediate • 6 – 10 years proven work experience in oil & gas environment – in the project environment / lifecycle, especially major capital projects (mcp). • in-depth knowledge of relevant specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria, oil& gas facilities maintenance practices and procedures. • practical experience working with contractors in activities associated with oil & gas equipment. • previous experience in commissioning and / or start-up areas is desirable. • proven experience in the management and use of relationship databases and work flows. • experience with facility acceptance requirements - in line with rok regulations. • technical evaluation of regulatory compliance issues as related to the operations readiness to start-up have an overall understanding of fgp project execution plans, procedures and turnover processes and project schedules. identify and develop the delivery validation work processes and procedures for project and operations deliverables required for a perfect start-up of the facility and handover. work closely with c&p wpmp, systems completion, quality control and regulatory teams to align the work processes for the verification of completion of deliverables in the fgp cms (completion management system database). conditions: tengiz 28/28
