компания "нордклауд" meet mightycall, a premium virtual phone system provider. mightycall brings a convenient and professional telephone presence to small businesses and entrepreneurs at the most competitive monthly prices in the marketplace. right now, wechr(39)re looking for a customer support specialist to work evening/night shifts. as a part of our team, youchr(39)ll be building relationships with our customers, helping them use mightycall, and assisting them with any challenges they encounter. you should be friends with both people and computers. you should measure your success based on the customer’s success. you should aim to make every customer story end in happily ever after. responsibilities: providing customer support via chat & email; answering & returning customer phone calls 2-4 hours per day; handling questions and complaints in a polite and positive way; collecting and sharing customer feedback. requirements: college degree or above; fluent spoken and written english is a must (b2-c1); ability to work 8-hour shifts starting as early as 7am pacific time; ability to perform well under pressure and in stressful situations; punctuality, attention to detail and multitasking skills; great customer service skills, demonstrated empathy and pro-customer attitude; an experienced pc user: being a technical expert is not mandatory, but you should be able to grasp technical issues and understand their impact on the service being delivered to customers. any prior experience in technical support, especially with calling activities, would be a plus. conditions: position in a stable, growing company; compensation in us dollars; part-time remote job, 20 hours/week; opportunities for professional growth and promotion. to apply for this position, please reply with a short cover letter in english telling us more about yourself and why this job would be a good fit for both you and us. selected candidates will be invited to complete a short test assignment.
