компания "климова ксения" responsibilities : support of basic it service requirements : - master degree in information systems, computer science or a related technical field; - certificate of excellence not less than: “itil foundation” or “cobit 5 foundation” is mandatory!!! - knowledge of the it services management model based on itsm methodology in accordance with itil and cobit recommendation; - english- not less than b2 level. not less than 3-years of experience in user support services and one of the systems listed below: 1. hp openview service desk; 2. jira; 3. hardware inspector; 4. sap; 5. receiving telephone and e-mail requests and handling of these requests (not less than 1500 requests per month). 6. working experience with incident management/problem management; 7. deep knowledge of information technologies, computer and office equipment, software; 8. advanced microsoft office user; 9. regulatory document development; 10. knowledge of the it services management model based on itsm methodology in accordance with itil and cobit recommendation; conditions: - (!!!) shift work at the west qurna-2 oilfield, lukoil project (republic of iraq). 28 days work/ 28 days off. - salary is about 160-175 usd per day.
