relieving our new/current clients of certain needs, providing advice; providing our clients counsel on communications, media, and our subject area; tracking our clientschr(39) competitors through data collection and analysis; developing newsworthy events and ideas for your own activities; selecting the necessary tools for our clientschr(39) projects; pitching projects, involving other project groups if necessary; providing comprehensive support for projects, including development, launch, running, and reporting; preparing reports on activities for our clients or their partners; conducting regular meetings with the clients; pitching projects to the client before launching and delivering progress reports (retrospectives); maintaining document flow with the help of a lawyer and the administrative supply department; being on call from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with access to a pc; being prepared to be on call on weekends in special cases. pr job execution: planning your work independently; creating estimates and planning budgets depending on the existing kpis and objectives; analyzing and adjusting projects; implementing online and offline projects, coordinating contractors and assuming responsibility for the results; writing, adapting, or developing terms of reference for press releases; generating project reporting, including the financial aspect (presentations and summary tables); selecting third-party contractors for projects or working with internal contractors; running tasks in the crm system chr(40)megaplan and google docschr(41). working with contractors: pursuing, establishing and maintaining contact with journalists, opinion leaders and market experts relevant to our clients (an existing contact base including it media outlets is a welcome perk); negotiating with journalists and opinion leaders on matters regarding reviews, articles, postings, and integrations (barter and commerce); initiating posting topics and comments in the media; working with bloggers (barter and commerce); maintaining document flow with the help of a lawyer and the administrative supply department. content creation: tracking trends and agendas, as well as developing relevant newsworthy events; preparing press releases, unique articles, and posting plans; assigning tasks to internal copywriters or external authors; staying aware of the latest industry news and well-versed in the global communications market. we expect our perfect candidate to possess the following: good understanding of the it market specifics. awareness of all news and current events in it; fair skills in the use of analytical and monitoring tools; an intelligent and concise manner of speech and writing; good reading comprehension; b1/b2 level english or better; excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen without interrupting and to pose questions if something stays unclear;
