компания "dubner ventures" dream job description | executive assistant to founder and ceo join an international company. learn and grow into the best version of yourself. location: moscow / moscow oblast (preferable) or remote status: self-employed | contractor dubner ventures, a private investment and family office of a startup founder and a technology executive, is looking for an executive assistant to our founder and chief executive officer. it’s an international role with exposure to amazing people and cultures worldwide. are you interested in constantly learning professionally and developing personally into the best version of yourself? working with international partners? joining a leader who puts people and learning first? being part of a team that is changing the world? then come join us! please note the role is best suited for tech savvy, digital natives and the application process includes a home assignment and a video interview. what will be your days filled with? lots of interesting and challenging work, learning, communicating with people. we believe in having fun, great relationships at work and will do everything to support you. some you may have already mastered, others not yet. either way, we are confident you will improve your skills and learn a ton from the best. equally, you will always know how your day-to-day work and seemingly small things contribute to our mission and the bigger picture. your responsibilities will be highly dynamic and include process automation and working with tech/apps a lot while dealing with the following: liaising with vendors and partners: emails, messaging, etc. managing calendar: events, travel, appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts ensuring smooth travel experience: transfers, tickets, accommodation, visa support preemptively solve personal and administrative hurdles from a to z what do we expect from you? the job is full-time and might require after-hours or weekend availability from time to time, which can be compensated with flexible hours/downtime during the week. an ideal candidate would be described by people who know her/him well as: loves supporting others well-versed and empathic communicator highly reliable and organized, never misses important details not only flexible and resilient under stress but able to thrive in fast-paced environments treats mistakes as opportunities to learn and improve has a strong bias for action and getting things done obsessed with solving problems creatively must-haves: successful experience in a similar role at an international company(s) of 5+ years fluent written and spoken english (light or no accent) higher education with gpa in the top 20% of the class track record of excellence (in business, academia, and/or sports, etc) great references from previous managers / being evaluated at top 10% digital native: love for technology, automation, processes that save time openness and ability to learn fast strong advantages: having lived in the us, the uk, cyprus, or greece training in hospitality, preferably as a top-tier hotel concierge is a strong advantage tech-savvy: advanced user of google calendar, docs, sheets, slides, forms, etc. compensation and benefits choice of pay: usd, eur or rub (can be changed once a year) 30 days vacation annually extra-long 3-day weekend once a month (last week of each month) learning and personal development courses ru mobile phone allowance us, uk or eu mobile phone allowance
