Main accountabilities: Monthly closing: Lead Monthly Closings processes, including accruals and systems reconciliation, carrying out all the necessary operations of calculation and reflection of result in the SAP system in the strong collaboration with Financial Reporting team, as well as controlling Financial closure discipline Forecasting: Prepare monthly financial forecasts Financial Reporting and Analysis: ensuring accurate and timely issuance of financial reports and visibility on financial result. Preparing deep performance results analysis. Analyzing actuals against budget, prior year and forecast. Providing commercial insights and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance. Budgeting: Leading the annual budgeting process for the trade channel in close collaboration with all Functions Controlling Trade Spend Budget: Setting and holding approval process of trade investments. Reviewing and approving business cases and requests from Sales Team, ensuring achievement of operational and strategic financial targets. Analyzing commercial investments and giving recommendations for Sales Team. Control / Review / Approval of commercial drivers performance. Control for Profitability, ROI. Managing performance: Taking ownership of P&L, performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions Audits: Managing and supporting external and internal audits Support Annual Negotiation Campaign in KA channel. Projects: Participating and leading process automatization projects CORES maximization in the KA channel, Sustainable profitable growth, Balance between EBITDA/Volume. Requirements: Professional experience in Finance/Accounting (3 years) Strong leadership, skills of influence and persuasion Stress resistance, respect to deadlines, high results focused; Highly analytical profile, great problem solving skills Great project management skills Ability to work under tight timelines and display strong ownership Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and areas of the organization High level of financial analysis, budgeting and planning skills; Understanding of P&L and Management reporting, Accounting and IFRS basics; Understanding of Sales, Commercial support, Trade Marketing functions; Advanced Excel English Intermediate level
