Responsibilities: Close cooperation with the clients and subcontractors at the field of product’s quality and technical issues; Customer visits regarding technical problems, complaints or production tests; Taking a decision concerning blocked lots at the customer side; Claim handling and root cause analysis; Corrective actions control and estimation of their efficiency; Handling with quality documentation: specifications, instructions, manuals, etc; Support technical/quality and food safety audits of Ruscam factories; Work with the start-up and development of new projects. Requirements: University degree (Engineering); Upper Intermediate English; Advanced computer user (office software); Experience in big international manufacturing companies is a plus; Business communication skills (written and verbal); Readiness to go on business trips. Working terms: Salary is discussed individually with the successful candidate; 5 days working week, overtime work in emergency situations.
