компания "aetsoft" job brief we are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development manager to help us expand our clientele. you will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. the goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. responsibilities • develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction • conduct research to identify new technologies and customer needs • arrange business meetings with prospective clients • promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives • prepare sales pitches and demos based on the existing templates and guidelines • keep records of your sales activity in the crm • provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support • build long-term relationships with new and existing customers requirements • proven working experience as a business development manager, account manager, pre-sales manager or a relevant role (2+ years) • experience in customer support is a plus • proficiency in english is a must! • communication and negotiation skills • ability to build rapport • time management and planning skills • living abroad experience is a plus • having some basic technical (pre-sales, r&d, etc.) background is a mega plus! what we offer • ongoing education and professional growth in the world’s most revolutionary technologies • an opportunity to learn from a friendly, dynamic team and take your skills to the next level • competitive compensation • flexible working hours benefits: • an ability to work remotely • still be in comfort in modern office near the metro • health insurance • corporate events and team building activities • fresh fruits, coffee and snacks onsite • free car parking
