компания "domina hotels russia" domina is an up - scale hotel company and our mission is the unique hotel concepts across europe, asia and russia. amazing hotels offering real service by real people. our team of entrepreneurial, unique, and ambitious individuals is the key ingredient to reaching our exciting goal of opening new hotels and doing it as no one has done it before. as we count ourselves among the fastest growing in the russian market, we believe in growing together with our employees. act together, be entrepreneurial, be sprightly, act accountable, are the values we follow to make this possible. this role is office-based in moscow. sales manager responsibilities: determine the corporate/travel trade marketing and sales strategy for existing domina hotels in russia and outbound; handle budgets for miscellaneous sales activities and promotions; active involvement in the development of the sales & marketing team; maintain and maximize all sales and activities involved with group business; explore economical data and analyse of the competitor market; propose ideas for promotional materials to be distributed during sales channels; handle the group and individual reservation requests. follow-up the progress of the booked business; update customers with the latest development of domina hotel brand and inform hotel management of all changes in the customer profile; propose and coordinate the promotional activities undertaken by sales office; project and prepare the participation procedure for domestic or international trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, workshops, road-shows, sales blitzes etc. and participate in such professional business related events. requirements: self-motivated and energetic, detail oriented person; total experience in sales manager position no less then 2-3 years; international experience in hospitality business in international hotel chain; result oriented; good planning/organizing skills; excellent communicational skills; flexible, initiative; english – excellent oral and written skills; very good knowledge of microsoft office applications; budgeting experience. we offer: official employment in accordance with the labor code of the russian federation; competitive salary; social guarantees, payment of vacations and payment of sick leave; development opportunities at the international company; friendly team.
