компания "corinthia hotel st.petersburg (отель «коринтия санкт-петербург»)" corinthia st. petersburg is currently looking for ambitious and professional candidates for the position of a director of revenue. responsibilities: ensure a consistent and rational hotel pricing and yield strategy across all channels and all market segments according to the chi core standards. effectively use systems (opera, opera sales & catering, synxis and ideas) to determine, implement, manage and control accurate revenue management strategies, i.e. pricing, inventory and selling strategies. evaluate and bеnсhmаrk against competitor pricing, availability, and package/promotional options, sharing key findings. support the annual revenue budget process. continually analyse business demands, price sensitivity and booking patterns, recognizing trends and provide pricing, inventory and selling strategy recommendations. proactively manage inventory for the hotel to maximize room revenue. regularly check distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning. complete and analyse monthly kps reports and submit to head office. evaluate daily, weekly and monthly market share reports to understand trends and opportunities, and ensuring targeted revpar is achieved. accurately prepare monthly and weekly forecasts (day by day) by sub-market segment. skills: must have a minimum of (3+) years revenue/reservations management experience with 5* hotels preferably. comprehension of technical and managerial applications of reservation, sales, pms and revenue systems including opera, opera sales & catering, synxis and ideas. strong analytical approach to problem solving utilizing data to make conclusions strong managerial and leadership skills and good communicator able to develop and implement effective plans to maximize market rooms revenue. able to develop and manage hotel budget for the current and future years. higher education not less than upper-intermediate level of english. conditions: a chance to join high performing team. work in the very centre of the city (7 min from metro mayakovskaya). competitive salary. medical insurance for you and for your child (after the probation period). wide range of staff incentive programs; corporate learning and development opportunities. free meals on duty. friendly atmosphere and mutual support.
