Senior Legal for Structured products

компания "freedom finance europe ltd" job description were seeking a senior legal for derivatives and structured products to join our dynamic international team. this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. it is desirable for the candidate to reside in cyprus and be sure to have extensive knowledge of cypriot legislation. about the roleyou will apply your experience and advanced degree education to provide expert-level support on derivatives and structured products. key responsibilities include: setup and maintenance of the issuing company (plc) in cyprus for structured products preparing and negotiating all documentation; knowledge of interest rate, fixed income and high yield; bonds and equities, foreign exchange, and commodity products assisting with documentation for global distribution (kaz, cyprus, eu, belize) to professional and retail clients legal support on all stages of the corporate actions of the issuer (writing of memos and prospectuses, distribution agreements, coupon pmnts, redemption resolutions, etc.) we’d love to hear from you if you: a bachelor’s or masters degree of law admission and good standing with the local legislation (cyprus) for regulated and non regulated financial market participants demonstrate strong project management and organizational, decision-making and commitment to diversity skills a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
