компания "techcells" you’ll be responsible for: • analyze financial data and provide forecasting support • organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share • review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals • oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control and project control • evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc. • study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy. • prepare monthly salary payroll and arrange approval from the management; • liaison with the ministry of finance/ tax department regarding tax issues; • prepare different reports/ documents required by ministries and government in compliance with internal control systems and government laws; • prepare and submit different reports/ financial statements required by management. you must have: • fresh post-graduate or 1 to 3 years of experience • bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, however having a master’s degree would be an edge. • strong knowledge of taxation laws and practices. • experience in project finance is preferred • strong analytical and multi-language communication skills • advanced knowledge of financial modeling • basic understanding of public private partnership (ppp) • proficiency in communication and reporting skills in english, russian, uzbek nice to have: • experience with it or telecom companies • cfa level 3 will be an asset. what we offer: competitive salary and benefits interesting international projects opportunities for professional and career growth opportunities to develop and learn advanced technologies regular training and development opportunities use of high-valued tools and applications. please apply through our form: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=cii-uzqcy0ajl_9wkrqldleeo5ytuedgmjc--jicb5buoefku1hwufpuwdc0mujemfk3u0hstupprs4u&wdlor=c685b26f9-79d0-4dcd-9032-5f5c30b5b025
