компания "кодест интернешнл с.р.л." responsibilities: coordinating the engineering companies, including the general designer and technical consultants throughout the project; heading the stage p adjustment and working documentation development process alongside with the chief project engineer, focusing on the value engineering opportunities; providing input for the formation of the procurement strategy; leading the design management as a part of the project scope and objectives; control and monitor design, procurement, construction activities; providing and monitoring author supervision; defining, maintaining and monitoring project specific procedures; leading the process of adjusting the stage p documentation and obtaining the positive conclusion of expertise; making sure that the working documentation is in line with the client requirements; managing the change control procedure, including change order review, negotiation and recommendations; supporting procurement, site and technical office teams; requirements : bachelor of science in engineering/architecture as an advantage; background in design management of capital projects. (light industrial project experience preferred. previous airport project experience is an advantage); experienced in coordinating design works in epc scheme with multiple stakeholders; hands-on experience in enabling the stage p documentation pass through expertise (commercial or state expertise); minimum 10 years of experience in design management working for a&e design firms or e&c contractors; proficient in the good practice design guidelines and standards, value engineering and engineering best practices; ability to effectively organize and manage work responsibilities independently; in-depth knowledge of the russian design guidelines, norms and standards; flexibility to travel (both domestically and internationally); conditions: work in a multinational team of one of the worldchr(39)s largest construction companies; salary level to be discussed individually; 6-day working week (sat 9:00-13:00).
