компания "jobeasy" we are growing and urgently need a leader to drive our energetic sales teams to achieve their goals and grow professionally. we are looking for goal oriented leaders who could drive our teams to the next level of sales mastery! careerist is an online learning platform that trains tech job seekers and automates their job applications with software, leading to faster and higher placement. it features live and self-paced training via adaptive-learning software and partnerships with third-party tutors who teach on careeristchr(39)s infrastructure. it was founded by serial entrepreneurs in 2019 and has been backed by ycombinator and other vc investors with $5m in funding. techcrunch’s review of careerist states: "edtech meets saas in careerist’s job placement learning platform. the startup trains job seekers through live and self-paced training taught by third-party tutors. the adaptive learning software is meant to help candidates prepare for tech interviews. once a candidate is well equipped, careerist uses automation to help them apply for jobs. the startup doesn’t require tuition until candidates are placed." responsibilities own the sales process from qualification to closing to ensure that all leads are properly qualified before being passed off to an account executive develop a sales strategy that will enable the team to exceed revenue goals conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress and provide feedback on performance ensure that the team meets or exceeds revenue goals by executing on a customer acquisition strategy coach and mentor team members in order to improve performance and morale while maintaining a positive work environment act as a key point of contact for both internal team members and other team leads, marketings and product teams background minimum 1 year of experience in a management role demonstrated success in previous positions 2+ years of successful experience in closing deals operation management excellence fluent english experience in selling digital, educational, or other kinds of services b2c sales experience tolerance towards other cultures and diversity-driven mindset what we offer competitive compensation package internal training multicultural dream team remote work opportunity corporate psychologist, coaches, mastermind for managers corporate english/ukrainian/manual qa/psychology and coaching courses 15 pto, 10 paid american holidays flexible sick leaves corporate merch working days are monday to friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm pdt.
