Key Responsibilities Seeking out candidates with various qualification levels to fill vacancies across industrial sectors (from junior to mid-level positions) Creating and managing a new channel of communication with the firmchr(39)s candidate pool Creating and leading the firmchr(39)s alumni service line Building and developing relationships with company clients and providing support with recruitment issues and HR projects Attracting and developing relationships with candidates for executive level positions Building networks for potential candidates in designated functions / industries and using well-informed industry sources to identify potential candidates Desired Skills and Competencies Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of relevant work experience (executive search experience is preferable) Experience communicating with and advising top-level executives Experience carrying out executive search projects, preferably international Headhunting experience Sales experience Strong research skills, including familiarity with and use of a wide range of tools, ability to create innovative solutions Experience setting priorities for and running multiple strategic searches and projects, and managing relationships with clients Well-spoken and coherent, able to construct sophisticated arguments and communicate smoothly and professionally with top-level executives Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive problem-solver Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail Ability to collaborate within a team, yet work independently C1+ English level What we offer A fast-growing company with excellent growth prospects A beautiful office in the center of Moscow Opportunity to gain unique knowledge and expertise You will be surrounded by professionals who are passionate about their work You will be working in an open environment with the opportunity to develop – both personally and professionally Reported salaries only Annual performance bonus Additional annual non-discretionary bonus Gym compensation Lunch allowance Medical insurance, with access a wide range of health clinics and services Taxi compensation Massage, fresh fruits, meditation sessions, and workouts in the office Corporate tennis club, squash, wakesurfing and other activities
