компания "metso:outotec" main tasks: orders received (or), net sales (ns), gross profit (gp), integrated margin (im): drives quarterly process of or, ns gp in the market area (ma); ensures approved by ma head or/ns estimates properly reconciles with the information that was loaded in the corporate reporting system chr(40)hyperionchr(41) by all respective business units; drives the quarterly commercial review meeting (arranges the meeting, prepares materials for presentations, sets the agenda etc.); collects and reconciles the actual information regarding market area’s or/ns from local legal entities and other group companies selling to cis market; prepare monthly follow-up reports on achievement of the or/ns targets; communicating with project executing team; monthly control results of projects. corporate reporting: reports on a monthly bases or, ns, gross profit (gp) from sap systems, makes adjustments and reconciliation, prepares upload files to hyperion; prepares analytical reports and comments to actual results of business lines and business units. support to market area organization: provides needed financial data and analysis to monthly meetings with bl management; coordinates data collections for smx project; profitability controlling (analyses actual margin vs estimated); supports other projects and processes according to scope of responsibility. qualifications and experience: at least a high school degree in management or economics. minimum 3 years work experience in related areas. computer literacy: sap, 1c8, ms office including excellent knowledge of ms excel, hyperion, smartview. high degree of precision in work with large amounts of information in restricted time frame. ability to work as part a team. sufficient knowledge of english in order to be able to perform oral and written communications. attention to detail, should be able to check own and otherschr(39) work. well-developed logical thinking, ability to sort-out complicated situations. ability to build working relationships with clients and within the team. ability to work under pressure and stress, and perform tasks on time. honesty, responsibility, punctuality, diligence. we offer: opportunities for professional development. challenging and interesting job in a team of professionals!
