компания "moscow sotheby’s international realty" about the job data analyst will take responsibility for creating business insights and advocate improvements within the company, managing master data set (sales, marketing, product development), developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. to do well in this role, data analyst needs a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases (bi, sql, python, etc.). the company extremely needs detail-oriented data analyst who can explain large amounts of information in a simple, organized manner for all stakeholders. he or she should have strong math skills and business acumen and be curious. specifically, we want the data analyst: to support coo in creating analytical business model to combine the okrs metric tree and establish end-to-end analytics within the company: finance-marketing-sales-product development-day2day operations. to establish a systematic approach to analyze and monitor overall company’s performance and quality control plans to identify improvements that help day2day operations function more efficiently and cost-effectively. to uncover key insights that lead to better informed and successful decision-making inside and outside the company. to support cross-functional teams with proper solutions by using sophisticated problem-solving approaches such as optimization, data mining, statistical analysis, and mathematical modelling. responsibilities reporting to the coo, data analyst will execute the following tasks: to work with cross-functional teams to prioritize business and information needs, locate and define new process improvement opportunities. to develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports (dashboards) from single or multiple systems for successful decision-making. to own okrs system in dashboards, monitor performance, track deviations, and investigate problems areas. to manage all master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. to train end-users on new reports and dashboards. qualifications we are looking for a passionate data analyst. the successful candidate (1) will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions; (2) has a proven track of successful cases to build center of expertise of analytics. ms/bs in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management or statistics. proven 3 years’ work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms, to analyze, model and interpret data. strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, teamworking skills. high-level written and verbal communication skills, concise and clear written and oral communication skills in english. knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (excel, spss, sas etc).
