компания "brainshells" mokumads, based in amsterdam, is a global leader in the fast-growing performance marketing and advertising world. we are a full-service digital advertising company that specializes in online customer acquisition and lead generation. our main verticals are sweepstakes, digital products, casino, gadgets. we deliver millions of profitable customers to clients from all over the world, in cooperation with our media buying partners, the industrychr(39)s top affiliate marketers. now wechr(39)re in search of an affiliate manager who will be responsible for initiating and growing relationships with affiliates (publishers) to help them grow their business with our performance based offers across the verticals we operate in. main tasks: affiliate management: explore, build, maintain and expand relationships with affiliates across our verticals ensure they drive traffic to our live offers in line with demand (and caps) from our advertisers commercially understand offers coordinate affiliate communication and marketing efforts attend tradeshows, conferences and other affiliate focused events, national and international. proactively manage accounts by providing business ideas and solutions, as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through new and unique marketing programs implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from existing affiliate partners by expanding their current portfolio, as well as offering company approved incentives. research and work with affiliate partners on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue ensure the protection of our advertisers and the quality of the leads generated by actively monitoring compliance of our affiliates always be on top of campaign results you need to be able to deal with large budgets of $50k daily. reporting: monitor campaigns against budgets, caps, margins and other targets supply performance report, including financials daily and weekly sales reporting affiliate sales pipeline reporting. other: knowledge of all current verticals we operate in (credit card submits, nutra, casino, crypto, vod, dating), follow key trends in the affiliate marketing industry, monitor competition understanding of campaign tracking and campaign creatives perform additional administrative work as needed/required including campaign setup and help with marketing communication towards affiliates. required knowledge & skills: degree in business / marketing or equivalent is a plus experience in cc sweepstakes, nutra or gambling is a must minimum of 2 years experience as an affiliate manager your own pubs/partners base from europe and/or the usa is a must proven online sales and marketing track record b2 english level as a minimum strong interpersonal skills service oriented ability to organize, meet deadlines strong planning skills strong attention to detail and analytical skills ability to set personal goals exceptional communication skills ability to easily learn new technologies excel skills self motivator knowledge of online tracking platforms such as cake, hasoffers, everflow or similar. compensation base salary + top ranking commission schedule working hours: the hours of work are from monday-friday 9:00am-17:30pm. however, we expect you to be available outside office hours if the business requires this. you can work from office (the netherlands) or remotely. if you got interested, please attach a cover letter with a brief description of your experience (verticals, base of partners, results)
