компания "alterra inn" responsibilities: the event coordinator is responsible for support and development sales strategies, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally. to prepare and follow up with contracts. to assist sales manager with establishing annual budget and actions plans. maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is done in timely manner. to actively support both: the sales executive and sales manager to assist them to carry out their roles effectively. communicating client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required, ensuring delivery of superior guest service. ensure accurate follow up and communication both internally to reservations and accounting departments, and confirmation to client. requirements: strong verbal and written communications previous experience within corporate market in almaty required computer literate in microsoft window applications and other relevant computer applications required knowledge of opera conditions: training and development lunch career opportunities competitive salary
