компания "айбибай" we are an international software development company with experience in the markets of europe & usa. for 9 years we have provided services for the development and consulting of web-oriented solutions and mobile applications using php (drupal) and js. also we develop our own product. the company has an inspiring team, which counts 65 employees around the world. we have a development center ibby in minsk and head office in vilnius. we are flexible about working remotely. we are at the stage of active growth and transformation, which means that you will grow with us.we are ambitious, work as a unit and achieve results. in order to develop even faster, we are looking for a business development manager to join the team in lithuania! your challenge will be to massively grow the portfolio of our clients, entering new markets, searching for new opportunities for cooperation, generating contacts and adapting the product to meet market needs.we are ready to consider candidates from lithuania, those who are ready to relocate to lithuania or candidates from the eu.we will be glad to see you in our team! tasks and responsibilities: drive the business, bringing in new b2b clients and partners with high potential from around the globe identify any potential issues and gaps in the customer’s current system and recommend relevant company services and solutions; identify and develop new opportunities for the product, such as new markets, features, adapting the product to meet market needs contact generation.search for new opportunities for cooperation researching. meetings with existing and potential customers; set the foundation for a long lasting relationship with the client; effective negotiation and showcase of key company presentations; create and manage forecast for new sales create and manage sales pipeline; manage your work using a crm system; participation in tenders support of transactions help communicate our product’s benefits and success stories to the broader market. full support of the technical team at all stages requirements: at least 3 years of experience in business development excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication in english (b2 or higher) ready to take responsibility and independently propose, improve, build processes good understanding of product development lifecycle and process management understanding of technology services including web development, mobile development, devops, and qa stellar negotiation and networking skills independent thinking for solving a problem without significant direction; highly developed prioritizing and time management skills, perceptive and result oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment analytical skills, pedantry, accuracy and attentiveness experience in sales / account would be a plus. experience in the markets of scandinavia, benelux will be a plus what we offer: competitive salary in eur based on experience and skills; official employment from the first working day; the opportunity for professional development. corporate events and soulful team building a friendly team, which is always ready to help, inspire and make great things together! the average age of the companychr(39)s top management is 34 open space for ideas and initiatives. we’re always open for communication. resources of a company operating on the market for more than 9 years; flexible start of the working day; corporate english, payment for professional literature; training, internal workshops, participation in international professional conferences and corporate events
