компания "transsion" transsion holdings is hiring customer insights manager for one of its smartphones brands tecno mobile in moscow. the ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who continuously track changes in trends of mobile phone industry, work closely with the business, lead the team to proactively plan and carry out valuable research projects based on business needs, be able to provide relevant insights and suggestions for improvement on the user side based on the current development of tecno, help drive the business team to stage implementation, provide direction and guidance suggestions for business decisions and product iterations.. specific projects lead product user research and user behaviour insights, including but not limited to [product], i.e. demand mining, target user profiling, value positioning, product experience research and [brand awareness], i.e. user brand awareness, brand health tracking, marketing resources investment roi evaluation. 1 product based on the product lifecycle, organize and execute research at different stages, including exploratory research, demand generation, product experience evaluation, post-marketing feedback, etc.. based on the russian market, output user profiles of mobile phone consumers in each price bracket identify key user groups based on current tecno business content, development stage and brand maturity in russia, output user profile analysis and user segmentation for each series, provide strategic recommendations for product positioning and product marketing supported by user research data focusing on user needs, regularly analysing user data through user research, questionnaires and interviews to understand the pain points of each user segment and turn consumer needs into business solutions build a cognitive model of user understanding of a product, seek key points that influence user behaviour, especially purchase or use behaviour, and track and analyse the full path of user conversion user experience tracking and full process satisfaction tracking for new product launches, identifying issues that affect user satisfaction and providing user insights and recommendations for the next generation of product iterations annual and quarterly user research planning build user needs/behavioural concept base 2 brand brand health tracking: tracking user perceptions of the tecno brand and providing business recommendations on tecno brand positioning and perceptions in russia evaluating the marketing effectiveness of the products that have been invested in key market resources requirements: more than 5 years of experience in market research or consumer insights, experience in consumer insights in the mobile phone or electronics industry or experience working for a well-known market research company (gfk, kantar, nielsen, ipsos, etc.) or a russian local research company is preferred having experience in working with russian local market research companies and good working relationship with local market research companies in russia, quickly conducting relevant research in russia extensive experience in market research/consumer insight research projects, having been independently responsible for large scale research projects solid research foundation (familiar with various market research/consumer insight research methodologies, strong qualitative interview and quantitative data analysis skills), good at combining large and small data (research data + business data) and turning extracted key information into grounded business recommendations strong logical analysis skills, excellent business understanding, strategic thinking skills, strong business thinking and sensitivity team player with strong presentation skills english can be used as a working language terms: employment in full compliance with the russian labor code work schedule is 5/2 salary will be discussed with the successful candidate the office is 1 minute from the metro novye cheremushki
