компания "iq-solutions" primary duties: maintain and improve it assets, inventory and configuration management processes including both the physical and electronic. manage and ensure the services delivery align with the policies and procedures, business requirements and it service delivery strategy taking into account costs, opportunity and sustainability. maintain business satisfaction and confidence in it through effective and efficient delivery and support of agreed it services. minimize the impact of the service outages in day-to-day business activities. enhance business perception of it through use of professional approach in quickly resolving and communicating incidents and requests. administer the asset management lifecycle (expiration) of it assets including basic to moderately complex move/add/change events and the expenses associated. coordinate the cycle count progress and results to identify necessary recounts and processes to be monitored and provide regular reports on the results, act as a key team member for coordination of physical inventories. design and implement relationship mapping of various asset information (e.g. contracts to hardware and software assets). account for, manage and protect the integrity of configuration items through the service lifecycle by working with change management to ensure that only authorized components are used and only authorized changes are made. ensure the integrity of configuration items and configuration requirements to control the services by establishing and maintaining and accurate and complete configuration management system. develop, implement and monitor all key functions related to inventory transactions to assure that they are accurate and timely. ensure that assets under the control of it organization are identified, controlled and properly cared for throughout their lifecycle. identify control, record, report, audit and verify services and other configuration items, including versions, baselines, constituent components, their attributes and relationships. maintain configuration information on the historical, planed and current state of services and other configuration items. monitor, track and updаtеof the databases all the movement of the company assets, maintain and provide detailed reports. provide system administration function to updаtеassets/owners and link technologies to ensure end to end ownership. support efficient and effective service management processes by providing accurate configuration information. track, manage and maintain company assets in compliance with policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional warehouse, set an accurate par levels for splits and repacks. create and implement processes and procedures for it assets and configuration management for the optimization of the workload within the team. evaluate existing processes of it assets and configuration management systems to reduce losses, improve productivity and transaction accuracy. maintain it assets and configuration management policies and procedure up to date in respect of the evolution of the business needs. lead and manage adherence of it assets and configuration management policies and procedures within coordination of user requests for hardware, software and services. oversee the execution and monitoring of inventory activities and constantly report to the team lead of the improvement status. encourage, coordinate and monitor preparation of the reports for the it assets and inventory beforehand the internal or external audits and provide to the team lead for the verification and approval. provide day-to-day supervision for the it assets and configuration management team insuring accurate and timely response to the team lead. review, analyze, prioritize and make recommendations to line manager (and/or to functional reporting manager where applicable) on improvement opportunities in it service delivery, ensure applicable quality management methods are used in delivery of it services. establish, enforce and maintain work processes to promote consistency with various it policies and procedures, ola and sla agreements. develop and provide various departmental reports on services provided by team. assist in planning, organization and control the operation of team. organize efficient planning of activities in order to deliver services in line with agreed kpis and slas. provide assistance to functional reporting manager in maintaining the policies and procedure up to date in respect of the evolution of the business needs. direct the development of and enforces compliance with it asset and configuration management processes. design and negotiate policies for acquisition guidelines and standards. monitor vendor and industry trends and operations; assess the impact it asset management has had on the organization. improvement of the existing it asset and configuration management processes and implementation of new ones for the optimization of the workload within the team, to reduce losses, improve productivity and transaction accuracy. acts as a key liaison with various cross functional partners to ensure that the business needs are being met on a daily basis as well as on a project to project basis. create usable and intuitive concepts for complex, highly functional problems. involved in creating and implementing change management strategies. evaluate and develop the processes in warehouse systems that result attaining and constant improvement in responsible areas, research and implement new technologies. ensure it policy goals and objectives are met through it processes and standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt response, analysis, documentation, reporting. develop best practices within the shipping, receiving, and inventory processes and control responsibilities including participating in the cycle count and physical inventory process. drive the development and implementation of it asset and configuration management. assure it asset and configuration management processes work properly, deliver them clearly to the business and all it/im teams. act as subject matter expert on contractual tasks such as: preparation of sow, technical requirements, scoring models, technical evaluation documents, strategies and some submissions interfacing and consultancy. perform checks of contractor’s invoices, endorsement of acts of work done, delivery notes and further processing of these documents. carry out other tasks as instructed by it/im within assigned area of responsibility and professional qualification. import asset detailed data which may include manual and or automated data imports, manage database repositories to ensure the accuracy of asset data. participate in and support it projects. understand and follow security and compliance regulations and procedures, asset management processes and procedures. knowledge: understanding of the business applications of information systems. communicates well, both verbally and in writing, and has the skill to influence through persuasion in a formal context. displays a responsible attitude to following procedures, keeping records, and caring for equipment and other assets. is familiar with end user and back end it hardware, software and operating procedures affecting own area of responsibility. microsoft products and technologies: has knowledge of software products e.g. operating system, office suites, server family, tools: ms active directory and exchange tasks management. has proven knowledge of itil. has proven experience in it assets and configuration management areas. subject matter expert in it assets and configuration management areas. business analysis experience preferred. project and contract management knowledge and experience. excellent time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects at a given time. ability to effectively conduct requirements sessions with clients and project teams. ability to analyze problems and propose solutions. innovative thinking and vision. upper intermediate level of english: writing and speaking. displays a responsible attitude to following procedures, keeping records, and caring for equipment and other assets. education: bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, information technology or related field. certification: must have: itil foundation
