компания "аддвайз" the director indirect procurement is responsible for leading the planning and execution of key procurement strategies, the company’s procurement policies and procedures. ensure effective use of budgets in the spend areas of responsibility and continue to drive efficiencies, savings and value creation. lead in the ongoing development of the company-wide procurement category strategies, plan and execute against these strategies, and measure and monitor vendor and strategy performance. partners with all levels of leadership cross-functionally to build impactful, efficient, and cost-effective business and vendor relationships. takes direct ownership of key spend areas, implementing controls and procedures to support and drive cost conscious culture. objectives of this role • lead, develop and manage indirect sourcing and vendor management strategies to deliver value.• full independent ownership for procurement across the company• partner with relevant stakeholders to fully leverage all opportunities from category spend• monitor and analyze trends and market conditions for the present and future pricing, availability and capacity of goods and services• monitor and analyze trends in company spending and make recommendations for future investments while identifying possible savings opportunities• prepare, lead and execute tenders• negotiate with prospective vendors on matters of price, scope and consumption• manages vendor performance, to secure the best overall value to the company• contract with vendors in order to secure optimal terms and conditions in tandem with legal and requesting function from within the company• lead vendor performance reviews• manage and develop vendors to drive value and innovation:• form strong relationships with vendor partners• define apply and monitor commercial terms, slas, kpis, etc.• lead resolution of any escalation of issues with vendors• be disruptive and challenge the status quo while mitigating risk• exercise strong business partnering skills:• collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs are being addressed• act as escalation point and subject matter expert for both internal and external parties• identify opportunities for process improvements; design and oversee / implement these improvements as required• originate new concepts and innovative approaches for the company responsibilities: • keep relevant indirect policies and procedures up to date• perform tenders• identify and prepare indirect spend projects for competitive bidding• analyzing total indirect spend data, rfp results and post-negotiation optimization• task management of procure-to-pay activities• vendor negotiations and vendor relationship management• perform total cost of ownership analysis, identifies and coordinates new indirect project and savings opportunities cross-functionally.• executing contracts/agreements with vendors that minimize total cost• measure and hold vendors to defined slas (contractual), ensuring proper remuneration is received for lack of performance. manage vendor performance against contract terms and recommend courses of action to rectify discrepancies.• measure and report on internal compliance with indirect procurement policies and procedures• working with legal to develop and implement company standard contracts• ensure that vendors are compliant with internal rules and regulatory obligations.• ensure that requirements are well-communicated and well-understood and expectations from company functions are clearly defined.• acting as the point of accountability for escalation and arbitration for relationship issues and, if all other avenues of vendor management fail, operational problems. requirements: skills and qualifications • 7+ years of indirect procurement experience, with at least 2 years of leading an indirect procurement function, including all elements of strategy and execution• proven in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices• experience with procurement systems and familiarity with source to pay technical platforms• proven experience cultivating relationships with all levels of the organization and adding value as a trusted business partner• ability to drive agendas and influence large groups as well as in one-to-one conversations• experience working with cross functional teams and demonstrated leadership regardless of role or direct reporting line• proven ability to solve problems creatively• excellent analytical skills• strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful• proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline• strong written and verbal communication skills• capability to make decisions under pressure• strong presentation skills• fluent russian and english skills preferred qualifications • professional certification—appropriate certification, degree at master’s level• strong attention to deadlines and budgetary control/guidelines• experience developing in-house procedures and internal processes and documentation of these• experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets. terms and conditions: • competitive compensation• candidate shall be ready to relocate to uzbekistan
