Project Manager (International retail company, Uzbekistan)

компания "аддвайз" the ideal candidate will have retail experience, prior experience as a project manager on sizeable projects managing large and diverse teams in addition to strong work plan development and progress oversight skills. he/she will be expected to prepare and present progress updates to management and stakeholders where appropriate on a regular basis, ensuring projects are defined, scoped and implemented in line with agreed time schedules and budgets. in addition, he/she is responsible together with relevant project sponsor that committed benefits are sustainably delivered. objectives of this role • predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation• lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation• continuesly monitor risk and regularly perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks• prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. track project costs in order to meet budget by tracking and ensuring appropriate budget controls are performed, any overspend mitigated and where required seek approval of incremental funding• to coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. manage contracts with by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.• create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation• analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements• establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes responsibilities: • establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects• structure and manage integrated cross functional projects, with an eye on overall progress• develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external resources—including third-party suppliers• monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs• report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans requirements: skills and qualifications • 7+ years project management experience in senior roles• hands-on experience from leading multiple large-scale projects of operational and strategic importance• proven ability to solve problems creatively• strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices• a solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes• experience seeing projects through the full life cycle• excellent analytical skills• strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful• proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline• proven success working with all levels of management and other internal and external stakeholders• strong written and verbal communication skills• capability to make decisions under pressure• strong presentation skills• fluent russian and english skills preferred qualifications • professional certification—appropriate certification, degree at master’s level• previous success in producing deliverable complex projects• strong attention to deadlines and budgetary control/guidelines• experience developing in-house procedures and internal processes and documentation of these• experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members’ capabilities and skill sets.team members’ capabilities and skill sets. terms and conditions: • competitive compensation• candidate shall be ready to relocate to uzbekistan
