компания "denis' school" we are looking for a sales and development manager to join our dynamic team. as an employee of an industry-leading company in education, the chosen candidate will have the role to look for new customers, develop long-term customer relationship and communicate with top managers/company executives in order to improve sales. we will provide the ideal candidate with all the necessary conditions for development, great working conditions and the possibility of improving renumeration. we expect the chosen candidate to take the same responsibility and successfully meet the set targets, implement the monthly plan, enhance the reputation of the product and the company and successfully find the best solutions to our clients. responsibilities: • actively search for new clients and customer engagement - cold calls, arranging appointments and meetings with clients. • implementing sales plans in order to achieve the set targets. • keeping the existing customer base up-to-date. • negotiating with clients, sale of products and services offered by the company: personal meetings and consultations of clients. • preparing commercial proposals and drawing up of contracts with companies. • updating the customer base (crm). • monitoring and staying up-to- date on concluded contracts. • overseeing of payment under concluded contracts. requirements: • need to have experience in b2b sales with a proven result of 3 years or more. • work experience in international companies is welcome. • completed higher education. • proficiency in english (preferably at least b1 - intermediate). • confident pc user. • the interview consists of three parts: initial acquaintance, role play and final interview. • recommendations from previous employers. conditions: • registration according to the labor code of the russian federation • schedule 5/2 • free trainings on product, sales, managerial qualities with the best trainer in the industry. • free english language training on jetclasschr(39)s own language platform. • discounts on company products, including for family members. • payment for mobile communication. • corporate laptop. • probation period - 3 months. • salary for the probationary period: 100,000 rubles. (when performing kpi). • remuneration after the trial period: salary + bonus.
