компания "indriver" indrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in mountain view, ca. indrive appchr(39)s downloads exceed 150m, we are operating in 707 cities in 47 countries. we are seeking an experienced tax specialist to join our accounting department. what youchr(39)ll do: participating in tax structuring of the groupchr(39)s international operations and tax risk management participating in the development of the operational structure and assessment of the tax risks associated with carrying out the business in foreign countries communication with consultants in the countries of the group’s operations setting up the process of tax reporting and payment of taxes in the countries where the group operates participating in tax structuring of international non-commercial / charity projects of the group establishing and controlling processes related to issuance of the invoices and the automatic exchange of fiscal data with the local fiscal operators supervising the development of the groupchr(39)s tax accounting methodologies participating in the analysis of the tax aspects concerning significant commercial, technical and other projects of the group in the countries of its presence, international operations, as well as contracts and policies participating in the development of procedures that would improve the results of the group in its tax efficiency and tax risk management supervising communications with tax authorities, formation of the companychr(39)s legal position, preparation of responses and documentation within the framework of tax requests, analysis of documents required to defense the companychr(39)s position interacting with the companychr(39)s business units within the framework of implementation of the groupchr(39)s projects our wishes: higher education in finance, economics and law 4+ years of work experience in the field of tax consulting / tax compliance, or in tax department of an international company knowledge of the russian tax legislation is desirable (provisions of the russian tax code, clarifications issued by regulatory authorities and court practice) understanding of the principles and trends of international taxation and tax planning (international tax conventions, eu directives, oecd initiatives, beps plan, etc.) experience in the field of international taxation (kazakhstan, latin america, brazil, south east asia (sea), india, usa, etc.) is a significant advantage; management and analytical skills great command of english (advanced) we offer: stable salary, official registration; hybrid work schedule with the possibility of part-time remote employment; unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training; partially or fully paid additional training courses, including english classes; the opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals and just good people who together create one of the coolest success stories in the global it industry. our employees are the most valuable thing we have. we make sure that the office space is as comfortable as possible for work and leisure. we hold various corporate and thematic events that help us in our work and make life brighter.
