Senior HR Business Partner Operational functions

компания "perfetti van melle" perfetti van melle is a famous international company that produces well-known in the whole world confectionary products fruitella, mentos, meller, chupa-chups, sula. we are looking for a senior hr bp who already has an experience in hr management and ready to take responsibility for large and very interesting projects. you will manage in this role: lead all hr activities in operational functions (manufacturing, p&t, up to 600 employees) ensure that performance and talent review, employees onboarding and retention are performed effectively in the respective functions participate in hr overheads and headcount budgeting process, control budget realization develop organizational changes together with the function heads, ensure smooth employee transfers and promotions within organization lead effective blue collars’ recruitment and onboarding process at the factories ensure compliance of all hr processes to rf labor law and the company’s policies via checking the working shift schedules, control vacations and overtimes’ management in manufacturing function (m&e), managing complicated disciplinary actions and employees dismissals consult and coach managers in all employee related points and issues, provide tools to increase the management’s effectiveness lead employee engagement activities, taking into consideration blue-collars specifics, develop best employee and similar recognition programs manage talent development in the respective functions together with t&d manager. develop training programs for production employees, including blue collars support in organization celebration and events for the teams manage hr team at 2 factories: 6 hr subordinates desired skills and qualification: higher education in economics/hr/law/communication hr bp or hr manager’ experience in multinational companies with operational functions: production, retail or warehouse, with big shift employees population level of english: upper-intermediate good updated knowledge of rf labor law experience of organizational change management will be a plus proactive, strong communication skills, ability to persuade and achieve common understanding with business partners ability to manage multiple processes, stress – resistance we offer: job in multinational fmcg company fascinating role in modern organizational structure annual bonus based on the results of work car allowance according to the company’s car policy life & medical insurance meals in the corporate canteen free access to corporate educational portal eduson, attractive discount program at pvm primezone portal, additional flexible benefits (fitness/ travel/ food/ education compensation) working in empowering and supportive corporate culture. location: istra, leshkovo, 209, monthly or bi-monthly trips to st. petersburg.
