компания "pepsico" обязанности: i. organize and coordinate compensation& benefits (c&b) planning and reporting process for all lines of business in russia: · ensure accuracy of c&b cost reported in monthly financials; · provide all c&b management reporting, cause of change (coc) analysis in a timely, correct and transparent manner; · manage the process and build regular monthly forecasts, annual operational plan (aop) within required level of granularity, high quality and deadlines; · estimate c&b effects of business initiatives and support other ad-hoc requests from business side; · act as a key user for c&b planning tool; · revise processes, standard procedures to provide operational efficiency and continuous improvements ii. drive simplification and optimization agenda across all areas of responsibility iii. establish and maintain at the required level interactions and cooperation process with fp business partners, hr function, fp&a team and other functions iv. supervise and develop team from 4 individuals требования: · higher education, finance or economics background is preferred; · 5+ years of work experience in finance area, including 2+ years in fp&a roles; · supervisory experience is desirable; · advanced excel knowledge; · strong analytical & technical skills; · intermediate english, both written and spoken; · good communication and organizational skills условия: работа в компании, с развитыми корпоративными ценностями и стандартами. официальное оформление в штат компании, соблюдение тк рф в полном объеме («белая» заработная плата). итоговый уровень дохода озвучиваем финальному кандидату по результатам собеседования. возможности профессионального и карьерного роста. дмс, страхование жизни.
