компания "air liquide" key responsibilities: preparing and implementing compliance guidance for procurement, contracting, warehouse operations and asset administration that are compliant to al russiachr(39)s policies and procedures, incl. guidelines of sanctioned items/suppliers check, supporting the overall implementation of compliance processes aimed at the prevention of corruption and eliminating sanction-related risks, implement anti-fraud measures and anti-bribery & corruption (abc) compliance to protect the organization from processes and procedures that may lead to corrupt practices, setting up, maintaining and updating the guidelines in order to carry out the required compliance background check utilizing local open sources and tools: 1. validating of red flags from screening process, incl. corruption checks and sanctions list, 2. validating of supplier qualification report for anti-corruption, technical, it, financial risks, 3. po/pr validation in erp (compliance with procurement process and 4 eyes principle), 4. approvals of exceptions together with respective business line director supervising and updating with the help of sanctions specialists of supplier / items screening guidelines based on sanctions list for all goods/services from eu/usa and other related countries, supporting procurement in negotiations with suppliers, aligning compliance processes for customer and supplier checks, cascading priorities, liaising with legal, procurement directors and gm corporate governance to launch a customer integrity assessment process for anti-bribery & corruption (abc) compliance at country level, liaising with gm, legal director and export control to maintain one or more compliance processes for sanction-list compliance (slc) at country level, ensuring a solid system of checking and evaluating prospective customers/suppliers for the company as per applicable al procedures for abc and export control including slc is in place, ordering ethics due diligence reports from approved external intelligence service providers when required, analyzing the external findings and updating the internal findings, advising global and local stakeholders about possible impact, ensuring key compliance records are well-organized and stored, e.g. that local procedures are stored adequately, easily accessible and findings and reports are maintained, ensuring that compliance concerns are appropriately handled in order to prevent similar cases in the future, keeping up-to-date with any business- and compliance-relevant changes in russian legislation increasing awareness of abc & slc at company level, together with legal and hr departments organizing necessary training in al russia with respect to al russia policies, processes and procedures relating to procurement and logistics matters. ensure close coordination with the internal control for development of systems and tools to be implemented and ensure that these systems and tools are aligned to al russia policies, rules and regulations. preparing and leading the annual corruption risk mapping exercise, assisting with the internal audits when requested, in line with the al russia procurement procedure and authorization matrix ensure that segregation of duties are well aligned and compliant to al russia policies, rules and regulations. provide quarterly reports in line with assessments and recommendations. follow up on audit reports, including on the implementation of audit recommendations. report all concerns and issues related to non-compliance of al russia policies, rules and regulations immediately. key skills & experience: working experience as a compliance officer in an international company is a preference; accountability – takes responsibility for action and manages constructive criticisms; client orientation – works effectively well with client and stakeholders; continuous learning – promotes continuous learning for self and others; communication – listens and communicates clearly, adapting delivery to the audience; creativity and initiative e – actively seeks new ways of improving programs or services; leadership and negotiation – develops effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; performance management – identify ways and implement actions to improve performance of self and others; planning and organizing - plans work, anticipates risks, and sets goals within area of responsibility; teamwork – contributes to a collegial team environment; incorporates gender related needs, perspectives, concerns and promotes equal gender participation; technological awareness - displays awareness of relevant technological solutions; risk management culture (tools & methods); continuous improvement mindset; english; erp knowledge
