Affiliate Marketing Manager

компания "диалмедиа / buzzguru" buzzguru is a global b2b company that is focused on a saas solution for influencer marketing. our main product is the all-in-one marketing platform for market & competitor analysis, influencers discovery, and full cycle campaign management. buzzguru allows to prepare, run, and analyze influencer marketing campaigns – all in one place. our products and team are growing rapidly. therefore, we are looking for an affiliate marketing manager who will join the team to grow too and achieve great results together with us! responsibilities: identify and acquire strategically relevant partnerships; new partners acquisition; manage the partner onboarding process; account management of new and existing partners; establishing partnership workflow in every particular case (content type and quality, deadlines, links, discounts, terms, etc.); controlling the delivery of partner’s campaigns reports, providing insights, suggesting improvements; collaborating with other departments (market analysis, marketing, content) to maximize the efficacy and smooth workflow of partnerships processes; lead the partnership process end-to-end, from outreach over nurturing to closing, including negotiating terms and arranging contracts; assisting in the development of a strong partnership network (communication with prospects, participating in presentations creation, etc.). requirements: at least 2 years of experience as a senior partner manager in a b2b saas company; experience in launching affiliate programs from scratch and bringing them to a turnover of $500k per month; experience in preparing a full range of materials and content for an affiliate program; experience in partner relationships management, increasing partner engagement, increasing the percentage of active partners, and returning of churned partners experience in using services for finding and attracting new partners; experience in fraud revealing and risk minimization. what can we offer you: working in a strong and creative team focused on results; 26 calendar days vacation compensated yearly & additional new year holidays; competitive salary; probation period – 2 months; spacious comfortable office in the city center; company-paid parking slots; cozy lounge area, ps4 pro, ping-pong table, cinema, corporate library; corporate discount system; equipped kitchen with coffee machine, hot chocolate and fresh fruit; monthly corporate parties at the expense of the company.
