We are looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant for our German team. Our office is located in Grevenbroich, Düsseldorf. About the project: Q-Portal is a web-based platform that streamlines/digitizes the inspection process for large-scale international projects in the power industry - renewable energy, oil&gas. Assist customers with technical problems when using our products and services Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Analyze and report system issues in internal tools Monitor customer complaints Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Collect customer feedback and share with our product team Prepare customer and system documentation of all kinds Meet SLA requirements from the customer while organizing and planning service management activities What is expected of me? fluent German and English is a must; degree in an Information Technology or related area; 2+ years of professional experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar support role in an international environment (preferably working with client teams to design solutions); experience using help desk software and remote support tools; global understanding of how IT systems work; service oriented and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and friendly attitude; strong attention to details and ability to deliver a high level of accuracy - you are structured, disciplined, willing to follow the development and project-specific standards and processes; multi-tasking abilities.
