компания "лаборатория касперского" we start the search for recruitment manager, non-technical (sales & marketing, business operations) to join the highly professional hq team. we are looking for a person who is: passionate about recruitment and targeting highly qualified candidates; capable of becoming a partner for the internal customer and finding a win-win solution when searching for candidates on the highly competitive market; experienced to search directly and target passive candidates using different ways and sources; an inventor of new ways of finding talents; experienced in hiring of sales & marketing roles fluent in english is a must; the person will be responsible for: recruitment for moscow hq and from time to time our foreign regional offices (europe, middle east, apac); working closely with multinational senior management team directly; act as the main recruiting contact for hiring managers, internal and external candidates. develop sound business relationships with internal clients to achieve stated goals; support hiring managers as their strategic talent acquisition subject matter expert and direct line recruiter for all levels of requisitions; searching, identifying and placing candidates for middle and senior roles; identifying market trends and creating a market mapping for open searches; attract candidates using various sources and job boards including social media network; different projects related to cross-hr scope.
