Senior Consultant (Transaction Services Group - Financial Advisory Services Department)

компания "deloitte, caspian region" location: almaty (remote work available)work experience: 3-5 yearsdeloitte is seeking a senior consultant to join the transaction services group (corporate finance transactions) within financial advisory services department at the almaty office.deloitte’s financial advisory services department provides strategic and financial services to clients through every phase of the economic cycle. we offer services in all the critical areas – from corporate finance, transactions, business valuations, debt restructuring services, finance raising, etc. – with a focus on helping our clients to increase value. transaction services group assists companies with buy side and sell side due diligence. we help our clients to create, execute and realize value from deals. the role will involve: participating in due diligence projects related to acquisitions or sales of businesses; detailed analysis of financial statements, financial and non-financial business information; understanding of key drivers of a business; identifying financial risks, possible deal breakers and potential adjustments to net working capital, net debt and ebitda; developing workbooks and drafting financial due diligence reports. requirements: bachelor or master degree in accounting, finance, economics or mathematics; 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or audit (preferably in big4 or other global advisory firms); professional certification in accounting such as cpa or acca (preferable), cfa; excellent written and verbal communication both in russian and english; advanced knowledge of microsoft excel and powerpoint; advanced analytical skills; excellent eye for detail; ability to deliver high quality output under stringent timelines.
