компания "deloitte, caspian region" location: almaty/nur-sultan (hybrid work available) work experience: 3-4 years deloitte is seeking a consultant 3/senior consultant to join business process solution group within tax department at the almaty/nur-sultan offices. what we do business process solutions (bps) in tax practices help businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, and technology processes by leveraging experienced deloitte professionals who can provide advice and practical support. deloitte offers a full range of tax and accounting services to different businesses, that include organizational, analytical, and recording services for the financial activities of a business, and the preparation of various materials covering the financial transaction life cycle (i.e., collecting source documents, recording transactions, closing books, and preparing reports for internal and external users). particularly the work in bps will include turnkey start-up support, bookkeeping, preparation of direct and indirect taxes, tax filing, tax data integration, tax advice and etc. the role will involve: preparation/writing of draft tax recommendations, reports, memorandums, samples of various legal and tax documents/contracts tax review and completion of tax returns based on performed tax calculations analysis of legislative changes, opinions of the state authorities, review of relevant tax and legal publications calculation of various taxes envisaged by kazakhstani legislation performing analysis of legislative changes and state authorities’ opinions, and reviewsof relevant tax and legal publications requirements: higher education in accounting/taxation/finance/economic three-four year of tax, finance or accounting professional experience strong tax technical writing skills expertise with 1c, zup, sono, taxpayer’s cabinet solid experience in application of kazakhstani legislation on personal taxation and labor matters including knowledge of international agreements on subjects in question good written and verbal communication skills in english, russian (minimum ielts 6.0+ or equivalent) strong analytical skills and logical thinking with attention to detail ability to work with big data with efficient excel formulas, being attentive to details and figures ability to supervise several projects simultaneously being a team player able to adjust to quickly changing circumstances, motivated to professional development and career growth availability for occasional business trips all candidates must have the right to live and work in kazakhstan the following will be recognized as an advantage: professional qualification and accreditations (acca, cpa, cfa, adit, aca or similar) preferred
