Lead QA Automation Engineer

компания "финстек бел" currently we are seeking a highly skilled lead qa automation engineer to join our finstek trading platform team. we have been developing a new high-load and scalable online trading platform with mobile terminals (ios, android), web/desktop terminal and web back office. the platform provides retail traders access to financial markets via trading terminals, supports hedging and netting order accounts, different order types and functionality for automated trading. the platform architecture supports a white labelling feature for the brokers. as a lead qa automation engineer, you will play a leading role in building quality into products and processes, ensuring product and service excellence to deliver high-quality, reliable, valuable and competitive products for the market.your role: extend, improve, and maintain existing test frameworks to standardize the process of testing across the company development of automated test suites in selenium web driver and appium (c#) challenge processes and procedures, in the context of continuous improvement advise software engineers on devops/testing automation best practices contribute to system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and stress testing efforts of major business critical platforms maintain and expand ci/cd environments and scripting for all development efforts develop and execute automated test scripts in multiple environments and troubleshoot the issues creating, enhancing, debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting regression test cases document development environment setups and help teammates and partners onboard and optimize their environment. understands the functional differences between various mobile build configurations and signing mechanics. actively coach, mentors, and manages qa team toward job function, skill, and core attribute growth.you will need to have: 2+ years in automation testing as a team leader, or relevant experience 5+ years experience as a testing/qa automation engineer with c# / java, devops engineer or lead developer for internet-scale web/mobile applications and public apis experience and strong skills in automated testing using selenium web driver, selenium grid, appium experience in automation of rest services practical knowledge of ci knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as kanban and scrum good communication and negotiating skills ability to work autonomously and take responsibility intermediate written and spoken english (b2)we would love to see: experience using selenium grid and browserstack adopting agile and goal-oriented approach understanding of load/performance testing (jmeter) previous experience in working in the quality assurance team supervising the general quality of the finished products understanding forex trading domainthese are just some of our benefits: interesting and challenging work competitive market salary reviewed once a year professional training and conferences, with the partial/full compensation medical insurance about us: finstek is an industry leading fintech technology provider delivering secure and scalable solutions designed to power intricate financial applications. founded in 2010, finstek has developed a set of advanced technological products over the years, with proven track record within the fintech industry. the solutions have become popular and trusted worldwide, being used by top financial institutions. finstek is committed to provide innovative and reliable solutions based on its robust technologies, infrastructure, and expertise. our global coverage is an essential element of our business strategy, enabling us to identify and respond swiftly to new trends and opportunities.
