компания "кронштадт" we are – leader of complex supplies of industrial and marine equipment – kronstadt company (kronde group). we are opening a vacancy of general director deputy / sales department manager we are interested in competent specialist from sales of complex technological equipment (!) mostly of foreign origin (priority spheres are – oil and gas, industrial chemistry, fuel and power, machinery) and in practice knowing specifics of these markets, knowing and wanting to work in project sales and long-term sales, able to build long-lasting partner relationships both with new and established clients. responsibilities: management of commercial activity of expert team; sales department plan performance; control of purchase funnel, release of weak aspects; analysis of competitive proposals at the market; work with reporting documentation, analysis of reports; short-term and long-term planning of financial results of department work; budgeting, optimization of business processes; defining and formation of marketing strategy and sales development strategy through all trade channels; negotiating, conclusion of contracts with the suppliers, agreement of conditions and terms of supplies, investigation of possibility and practicability of direct long-term contacts establishment; participation in tenders, conduction of meetings and negotiations, making presentations, definition of cooperation conditions, control of contractual obligations performance; systematization and automatization of business processes for the enhancement of work effectiveness and profit increase. requirements: higher education (technical will an advantage); successful experience of being a manager in в2в sales in oil and gas, industrial sphere (supply of high technological equipment) over 5 years; experience of negotiating at the level of decision-makers; experience of commercial department organization from scratch; excellent analytical and management skills; high level leadership skills and communication skills; ability of making decisions quickly and skillfully arguing your choice; clearly pronounced managing skills; transparent for all staff planning of work and process management; tracking of tasks performance and control of results; application of regular management principles; high level management skills, recruitment, team organization; experience of working with financials (mandatory); skills of conflicts management, ability to find way out of intricate situations; ability to convince and to delegate powers; english language: not lower than advanced – mandatory. we also highly appreciate: system approach to work, responsibility for own decisions, sociability, proactivity, result-orienting performance. in case you have relevant experience and interest to this position, please, list in the covering letter to your resume your digitized achievements in sales в продажах and in sales management. discover new opportunities, join the unique kronstadt team!
