компания "fbs inc." data-driven lab is an international it company headquartered in belgrade. we develop products in different business industries like fintech, edtech, and analysis. nowadays, our products are represented in 150 countries. our goal is to make our products the most convenient in the world. we use research, data analysis, and optimized marketing to achieve our goal. there are over 450 people on our team. we offer relocation to serbia as well as remote work. team we have set ambitious goals for ourselves, so we gather the most vital professionals in various fields. those who are not afraid of professional challenges and know how to approach them. you will work in a community of like-minded people and become part of a team of professionals in your field. among our colleagues are guys from telecommunications, fintech, and it market leaders (bolt, tele2, google, and others). challenge you will help us manage operational functions and streamline our work processes. as a research ops manager, you will turn the research team into a smooth-running insights generator. you will: recruit participants for our team of researchers to work end-to-end in apac, latam, and african regions. identify, contact, and schedule participants best suited for the respective research study. communicate with participants and recruiting agencies in english (ideally one more language) via email, sms, wa, and over the phone. use our internal databases for interviews, external agencies to tap into user audiences, and external user databases, e.g., userinterviews.com. incentivize participants after they complete their research engagement using promo codes, external gift cards, and other means. maintain our recruitment budget and track research participation. build a close relationship with our local ops teams, who will assist with the more difficult participant recruitment. create awareness of ongoing research studies and provide insight advocacy. support researchers on complex and large-scale research studies. provide the research team with administrative support, e.g., manage budgets, vendors, and contracts. manage access to research tools. make the base of insights for our internal stakeholders, improve and provide research ideas for the company. it’s a match if you: are stress-resistant and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. respond to work with urgency, understand deadlines and have the ability to prioritize. feel comfortable communicating with broader audiences and can deliver ideas precisely and clearly. pay attention to details. are a proficient user of google docs editor, excel, video conferencing software, and insight box tools (e.g., airtable, dovetail, etc.). are fluent in english, written and spoken. have some previous connections to ux or marketing research. are familiar, at least superficially, with research methodologies and understand the scope of research works. we offer: the possibility of a comfortable relocation to serbia: tickets for an employee, their family members, or a partner, rental housing, relocation bonus, help with applying for a residence permit. remote work: our employees live and work in 18 countries, while 80% speak russian. educational courses in russia and abroad, onboarding meetings for understanding highly specialized topics, and participation in journal clubs. ability to influence results and processes. comfortable conditions. we offer basic benefits accepted in modern companies: competitive salary, cozy and comfortable offices, a hybrid work schedule, medicine, sports, and hobby compensation. we strive for more.
