Fixed Costs Controlling Manager

компания "heineken russia" heineken international – is more than 80 000 talented and full of energy employees, which operate in almost all countries of the world. our most famous brands - heineken, krusovice, amstel, goesser, tiger, strongbow,okhota and 3 medvedya. we are looking for fixed costs controlling manager to execute finance controlling functionality for support departments. if you are ready: be a business partner for cross-functional stakeholders (up to function director level), to support cost controlling and improve forecast accuracy; consolidate overall company fixed cost budgets compiling analytical notes for actual/planned performance and presenting results to management; initiate and drive efficiency agenda in a form of both processes improvements and cost optimization initiatives; drive further opportunities for integrated business planning and seamless connection between planning, managerial reporting and analytics for timely business decision making; contribute to planning & reporting systems development; ensure compliance of planning systems & processes to internal finance controls and standards (regular control procedures revision and automation); contribute to finance and cross-functional initiatives and you have: higher education (finance/economics/math); 3+ years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in international fmcg or consulting; proven experience in financial planning and/or controlling; advanced user of: ms office (excel, powerpoint, access); upper - intermediate english level (spoken and written) is a must; proven experience in use of the zbb, abc, benchmarking and other cost management & budgeting techniques is a plus; proven experience in business processes optimization & automation is a plus; confident use of sap software will be a plus; user of bi instruments is a plus; understanding of principles and enterprise data architecture in context of financial planning is a plus; financial certification will be a plus; in addition to interesting tasks, we would like to offer: competitive remuneration system with annual salary review and bonus; voluntary health insurance with dentistry and telemedicine, as well as the opportunity to purchase vhi for a family member at a corporate rate;
