компания "sheraton nur-sultan hotel" job summary:follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. anticipate and address guestschr(39) service needs. speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.roles and responsibilities:- be guest oriented, smiling;- process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key;- process all payment types such as room charges, cash, debit, or credit cards;- problem solving skills;- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager/supervisor.education and related years of experience:- college diploma or 4-year bachelorchr(39)s degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major;- minimum 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.- good knowledge of russian and english languages oral and written.technical and interpersonal skills:- strong communication skills;- strong time management capabilities.
